Ingredients: scarlet turnip, shiitake mushrooms, shallots, garlic, rice flour, corn starch, white pepper, salt, water
Cooking Instructions: Heat oil in pan on high for 2 minutes. Place turnip cake in pan and lower heat to medium high and sear on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and season with soy sauce
