Hearty and satisfying meal for two, or a couple days of protein for one. Like a lot of things, goes great with rice. (comes frozen)
Ingredients: pork shoulder, River Dog Farm rainbow chard, carrot, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, star anise, bay, corn starch, rock sugar
Cooking Instructions: if frozen thaw overnight in fridge or place in warm water bath for 45-60 minutes, pour contents into a pot or pan, add 1/4 C of water, bring to boil and lower to simmer (medium low heat). Simmer until warmed through (about 6-8 minutes). Enjoy!
