A blend of Carignan, Mourvedre, and Syrah. Le Casot des Mailloles is one of the smallest vineyards in Banyuls and was taken over by Jodi Perez in 2015. Nestled in between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, the terrain is steep and terraced with black schist stone walls with rich soil. The grapes are picked by hand, strictly in compliance with organic principles and minimal intervention.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of bayleaf, white pepper, crushed rock. Tart cherry, fresh and light finish
